Replacement Filler Neck FlangeThe original part has zinc plated nuts press fitted into the flange which over time go rusty and bind to your bolts so when you try loosen them off they just sit and spin in the housing making removal of the fuel surround a nightmare! Our 3D printed fuel filler neck flange is designed to completely replace the oem part. The original part is glued into the neck and will need careful removal. We have used all stainless m6 nuts and melted them into the housing making the fitment no less that perfect. A nice byproduct of this method means the excess ABS folds round holding the nut in place so it make it more difficult to push them out. This flange is made from 100% infilled ABS plastic which means its a solid piece.We can also supply new stainless bolts for that clean look.
