Z22SE Balance Shaft Delete Kit. 

Sold in pairs, these replace your existing balance shafts. 
 
The engine will need to be removed hower installaion is simple, slide the old ones out and slide these ones in.

*you must remember you must knock the balance shaft bearing further in to block the oilway.
 
Reccomended adjustment is 7.5mm
